Water was pouring for many hours from the upstairs bathroom down into the living area and one thing that fortunately saved him on this was he had heat going to the structure... without that he would have got it Nothing in coverage even more importantly if you move out, of your house is no longer owner-occupied... contact your agent so they can give you options. So you get the proper coverage on your place because a homeowner is designated to give you the best coverage possible due to the fact you're living in the home and if you no longer living there.
